My design Process
Discover
Understand project goals, objectives, and stakeholder vision. Gather insights, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities. Collaborate to define project scope, establish timelines, and define success criteria.
Design
Generate ideas & concepts, exploring various approaches. Create wireframes & prototypes to visualize project structure & user experience. Refine design concepts and create detailed mockups for iterative reviews.
Develop
Bring designs to life, implementing project functionality by working with engineering partners. I conduct thorough user testing and quality assurance to ensure that the implemented designs meet industry standards and company expectations.
Deliver
Once approved, we deploy the project to the live environment, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal downtime. Conduct final review to ensure all requirements are met.
Post-launch retrospectives
Conduct ongoing monitoring and maintenance of released features and products. Address any issues that may arise post-launch. Continuously optimize project performance through iterative changes based on public and internal feedback.

Yeho was very personally invested in making sure that design choices were thoughtful and lent themselves to the overall narrative of a project. While at Polar Yeho was asked to work on a variety of projects that were outside of her official role, and she did so with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
